I get asked often “How do I calm an upset tummy”. I spent many years sick, sick all the time. Major cramps and long visits in the bathroom. So mix: Apple Cider Vinegar, honey in warm water. Now it’s not great tasting, but it sure calms a tummy in turmoil. I just add about a tablespoon of cider & tablespoon of honey. Makes a world of difference. Got any other great tips? Found these at the local store the other day. They are hot & sweet. Kinda like bread & butter meets…..well with some devils spit. Defiantly makes ya sweat a little. I cut mine into smaller pieces fold in with a little meat & cheese. I am a Texan by birth and grew up eatting japalenos with just about every meal. So what’s hot to me my be to much for others. Proceed with caution.
Sooo happy it’s Friday. I know, it was only a 4 day week. But it sure feels like 5. It’s a beautiful day here this morning. Sun is shining & temps are nice. Breakfast. So what to eat. I’ve never been a breakfast kind of girl. I do enjoy Vans waffles. Little peanut butter and I’m out the door. Get out there and make it great today.
I have always been a texture eater. So when I had to go GF I was really bummed at the types of crackers out there. Tried the Glutino gf bagel chips this past weekend. Yummo is all I can say. Great Parmesan & garlic flavor. A must try.
