Received this from a friend during the holidays. I love to bake & share. These came out really yummy. I’m a big texture eater and these were so fluffy and light. Not grainy or lumpy. Pumpkin spice was just right. Should I make these again I’m going to add some ginger. Chocolate chips would be good too.
